Free Community Yoga with Izzy Martens

To celebrate our opening this Fall, The Neighbor is hosting a series of free pop up yoga classes! Join local teacher, Izzy Martens, for fun, flowy, and dynamic vinyasa yoga classes. In these all-levels classes, expect a slow warm-up, an invigorating standing series, followed by a nice cool down. Afterwards, event attendees are welcome to stay for coffee, tea, and snacks. The Neighbor will be open to only yoga attendees at this time - a great way to get to know your neighbors! These events are likely to sell out, so please reserve your space ahead of time and remember to cancel if you can't make it so others can get in! You're invited to arrive 15 minutes early to get set-up. Be sure to bring your own mat and water bottle.


About your instructor: Izzy Martens is a yoga teacher, certified facilitator and author. She offers yoga classes that are athletic, creative, and empowering. Drawing inspiration from Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Power yoga traditions, her classes blend mindfulness, movement, and storytelling. Izzy thrives on the ever-evolving nature of yoga, often incorporating unique postures and transitions into her classes. Izzy is a certified 200-hour RYT, with additional 50-hour training in both yoga anatomy and Rocket yoga. She has a certificate in executive facilitation from Georgetown University and is the author of Holding Space: A Guide to Mindful Facilitation. Explore her sequences at yogahumans.substack.com.
